FAQ
1. What IS a TRANSCRIPT?
A transcript is a listing of
all the semester grades you have earned, starting in grade 9.
2. How do I get a transcript sent to a college or scholarship
organization?
In order for the Student
Services secretary to send your transcript, you MUST have a signed release if
you are under 18 years of age.
3. Do I have to sign a release every time I want a
transcript sent?
NO – once you/parent
sign the release, we have your permission to send transcripts per your request
without a release.
4. What is an OFFICIAL transcript?
In order for a transcript to
be official, it must be sent DIRECTLY from the high school. You may NOT take it with you. You may, however, obtain an unofficial
copy for your personal records.
5. How long will it take to send a transcript?
You must allow FIVE (5)
school days to have a transcript sent (this includes college/tech college
application AND scholarships)
