Kathleen
Jensen, School Psychologist
As the
School Psychologist at Fond du Lac High School for the past 8 years, I
thoroughly enjoy working with students, families and staff to ensure positive,
healthy experiences and helpful, supportive services are provided when
needed. I have been with the Fond
du Lac School District for ten years and prior to that time, worked as a school
psychologist in private and public domains in the Annapolis, MD area for 18
years.
Originally,
I grew up in Wisconsin and attended Preble High School in Green Bay. After attending college at Stout, I
accepted a position in Ohio, where I later obtained my Masters in Education in
the field of School Psychology at BGSU.
I have
been married for 33 years, have one daughter who is a dentist in MD who just
blessed us with a granddaughter, and recently completed online graduate classes
to enable certification as a Director of Special Education and Pupil Services.
Personal interests include travel, skiing, sailing and cuisine!
My role here
at the high school also includes assessments and re-evaluations for disability
determinations, co-advisor for the Gay/Straight Alliance, facilitator for Healthy
Relationships
group, PBIS coach, crisis intervention and 504 coordinator.
Please
stop in or call if I can be of assistance in any way ~ my office is in the
student services area and I can be reached at 906-6769!
